What if you could watch yourself from a third person perspective. What if you could behave from third person perspective? Everything from third person perspective seems easier, the emotions are gone, the anxiety too.
What you hope to have is simple to get.
Watching yourself from a third person perspective is like being you own mentor - taking a look at the big picture, seeing everyone's point of view and creating your winning game plan.
Looking at your past through a third person perspective allows you to create theory about your behavior. Why did you fail? What could you have done to avoid failure, or to get what you had hoped for?
Here are three tips to live in the present while watching yourself from third person perspective. Without letting your thoughts interrupt your experience.
1. Increase your spatial awareness.
Look around you. Who's with you? What are they doing? What is the ambient like? Is there anything which people might find annoying? Use your five senses to learn as much from your current environment as possible.
2. Increase your emotional awareness. (aka, look at people in the eyes.)
By looking at people in the eyes you get to see their facial expression. It makes it easier for your unconscious to understand the people around you. It helps you communicate, avoiding saying something you might regret.
3. Create an action plan.
You know what's going on around you and how people are feeling. Now you must come up with a purpose for you to fulfill. Is there something you can do to help? Is there something already expected of you? Now that you've taken a survey of the area, you choose an objective to accomplish.
Not only does this help you figure out the right thing to do when you have no clue on what to do, it also sets an impression. Few people take the time to increase their awareness, they follow whatever they want without concerns for their environment or other's emotions. When you take the time to understand your current situation, from a third perspective, it gives the impression of a leader.
You become someone whose purpose is not only to help yourself, but also help those around you as you get what you've always hoped for.
Live from a third person perspective my friends.
